今回のゲストは、「青果ミコト屋」の代表として活動する鈴木鉄平さんです。鈴木さんは2010年に高校の同級生である山代徹さんと共に「青果ミコト屋」を立ち上げ、店舗を持たず、全国の畑と食卓を巡る”旅する八百屋”として10年の活動の後、2021年、地元である横浜市青葉区に八百屋の実店舗をオープンしました。その経歴やミコト屋を立ち上げるまでの経緯を深堀ります。
